Melium Consulting have been retained by a leading international food manufacturer to identify and attract the Head of Operations at one of its key production sites in Germany.
This is a pivotal leadership position with full responsibility for a complex, multi-line production environment operating across multiple shifts.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving operational excellence, improving performance, and developing a high-performing manufacturing culture.
Key responsibilities include:
• Leading end-to-end production operations across a high-volume manufacturing site
• Driving improvements in OEE, yield, waste reduction, and labour productivity
• Embedding lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies
• Ensuring the highest standards of food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
• Leading and developing a large operational workforce and frontline leadership team
