THE OPPORTUNITY

As Head of National Sales, you will lead the national commercial strategy, build a high-performance sales organization, expand distributor networks, and drive sustainable revenue growth across Bangladesh.

Educational Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BSc)

Experience Requirements

At least 15 year(s)
The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG),Pharmaceutical/Medicine Companies,Poultry

Additional Requirements

• Strong track record of achieving ambitious sales targets

• Experience building and managing nationwide distributor/dealer networks

• Background in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Animal Health, Feed, Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, or related sectors

• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

• Highly agile, entrepreneurial, and results-driven with a strong can-do attitude

• Willingness to travel extensively throughout Bangladesh
