**Who we are

We are a boutique AI firm building and deploying production AI systems for regulated industries (insurance, banking, healthcare, legal), with clients across the US, Latam, Europe and the GCC. AI is at the core of how we work and what we ship, not a layer we add on top.

Our business runs on two tracks. The first is AI software services for ambitious clients, mostly in the US, where we design and deploy applied AI systems alongside large corporations, leading research institutions and fast-scaling technology companies. The second is our Venture Builder, a portfolio of AI-native products we build, own and scale ourselves.

Our positioning is built around AI for regulated and high-stakes industries, where accuracy, compliance and trust are not optional. We work with coherence, we hire good people, and we care about measurable impact over noise.

The mandate

You will own the entire external presence of The Agile Monkeys: the master brand (b2b) AI services + Tech employer brand) the venture builder, and the connective tissue between them. Today this lives with the founders and runs ad-hoc. You will move the center of gravity to you and a lean team, define a playbook, and build a repeatable, AI-native marketing and growth engine. This is a builder's role: strategy and hands-on execution, in equal measure.

What you will own

  • Brand, narrative and positioning across markets.
  • Growth and demand generation across channels — organic and paid — with the unit economics behind every investment.
  • Content, distribution and community treated as the product, not a support function.
  • The martech/AI engine: pipelines, automation, attribution and reporting.
  • A lean in-house team plus the right freelancers, agencies and partners.
  • A support and coordination layer for the ventures.
  • Cross-geo execution across the US, Europes, Latam and GCC — built for the differences, not flattened.
  • Coordination with sales and with General Manager on services demand-gen.

Who we are looking for

  • Equal parts brand and growth: you can shape a narrative and move a number.
  • You've positioned and grown technology companies, and understand the B2B tech game.
  • You've built employer branding for technical, engineering-led companies.
  • AI-native by default. You already have pipelines, workflows and a personal toolkit that reflect genuine adoption, not certifications, not experiments.
  • A builder of systems who makes marketing repeatable and measurable.
  • A player-coach who defines strategy, picks the right people and tools, and rolls up their sleeves when it matters, which is often.
  • Genuinely fluent in English and Spanish; you write, present and think in both.
  • An owner, not a vendor. Radical ownership of the whole Marketing and Growth function.
  • Comfortable in ambiguity and high pace, building the playbook as you go.

Practicalities

  • Location: Remote, Madrid strongly preferred; open to Spain or our New York hub.
  • Languages: English and Spanish, both required.
