About The Role

We’re looking for a Head of International Product to join our International Product Team.

In this role, you’ll shape the future of Omniva’s international services and cross-border network solutions. You’ll work closely with international partners, industry organizations, and internal teams to develop competitive services, implement international standards, and support the launch of new solutions across the Baltics.

This is an opportunity to be part of Omniva’s transformation, helping shape the future of logistics and technology across the Baltics and beyond.

What You’ll Do

  • Shape and develop future international and cross-border services.
  • Implement international regulations, standards, and operational requirements.
  • Design competitive cross-border service solutions and support their continuous improvement.
  • Manage pricing and sorting plans to ensure day to day business continuity.
  • Define and maintain optimal network and service solutions for international outbound services from the Baltics.
  • Collaborate with international organizations, partners, and industry stakeholders on technical and operational matters.
  • Support the development and launch of new services.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations.

What You Bring

  • Good written and spoken English
  • Good computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to evaluate different aspects of complex topics.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A responsible and proactive approach to work.
  • Curiosity, eagerness to learn, and a continuous improvement mindset.
