Key Responsibilities:
Lead Salesforce architecture, system design, and integration strategy.
Define scalable data models, governance standards, and platform best practices.
Drive product architecture for internal and client-facing solutions.
Lead and mentor Salesforce Developers and QA teams.
Establish development standards, CI/CD processes, and release governance.
Design and manage API integrations and enterprise system interoperability.
Identify and implement AI-driven solutions using Salesforce AI, Einstein, and automation technologies.
Partner with delivery teams to ensure high-quality, scalable client implementations.
Required Skills:
Strong expertise in Salesforce Data Architecture, Apex, Lightning, and Flows.
Experience with API integrations and distributed system design.
Proven experience leading development and QA teams.
Strong understanding of scalable architecture patterns and consulting delivery environments.
Preferred:
Salesforce Architect Certifications.
Experience with Copado, Gearset, or other CI/CD tools.
Exposure to Salesforce Einstein, AI/ML, LLMs, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience building reusable products, accelerators, or platforms.
