Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and performance-driven Influencer Marketing Head / Content Head to lead our influencer and content ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in scaling influencer-led campaigns, driving content strategy, managing large creative teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes through Meta and creator-led marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead the overall influencer marketing and content strategy for the brand
· Build and scale influencer partnerships across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms
· Plan and execute high-impact influencer campaigns focused on awareness, engagement, and conversions
· Drive performance-oriented content strategy aligned with business goals
· Collaborate closely with Meta performance marketing teams to improve ROAS and campaign effectiveness
· Oversee content creation across social media, performance ads, UGC, influencer content, and brand campaigns
· Manage influencer budgets, negotiations, contracts, and agency relationships
· Analyze campaign performance and optimize influencer and content investments
· Build, mentor, and lead a team of 15–20 members across content, influencer marketing, and creative functions
· Work closely with founders, brand, growth, and performance marketing teams
Key Requirements
· 5–7 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Content Marketing, or Brand Marketing
· Proven experience in heavy influencer marketing execution and scaling creator-led campaigns
· Strong expertise in Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ecosystem
· Experience managing influencer spends and large creator networks
· Prior experience managing a team of 15–20 people
· Strong understanding of content performance metrics and conversion-driven content
· Experience in D2C, Beauty & Personal Care, FMCG, or consumer brands preferred
