Ihre Aufgaben

• Advising and supporting managers and employees of Safran Engineering Services GmbH on all employment and social security law matters
• Leading recruitment, personnel, and talent development to ensure employees' skills meet both current and future business needs
• Designing and delivering comprehensive training programs
• Supervising the training and further development of apprentices and interns
• Managing individual personnel actions, including onboarding and terminations
• Serving as a key contact and negotiation partner for the company's works councils
• Overseeing occupational safety as well as Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) practices
• Preparing and managing personnel budget planning and monthly personnel controlling
• Driving personnel marketing and facilitating effective internal communication
• Supporting national and international HR projects as a strategic partner

Ihr Profil

• At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, ideally within an international company
• University degree (Bachelor's level or higher)
• Fluent in both English and German, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Solid knowledge of German labor law and HR practices
• Proven experience in recruitment, talent management, and change management
• The ability to lead and collaborate in a multinational environment
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and a hands-on approach
