Our client is seeking a strategic and hands-on **Head of Human Resources** to establish and lead our enterprise-wide HR function.
This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR leader who thrives in growth environments and enjoys building scalable people strategies, systems, and culture from the ground up.
### What You'll Do
• Build and lead the corporate HR function across multiple properties and jurisdictions
• Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational growth
• Support hotel openings, acquisitions, and international expansion
• Develop talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, and leadership development programs
• Oversee compensation, benefits, employee relations, compliance, and HR technology
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives across the organization
### What We're Looking For
✔ 10+ years of progressive HR experience
✔ 3+ years in a senior HR leadership role
✔ Hospitality industry experience required
✔ Multi-property hospitality experience
✔ Experience building HR infrastructure and scalable people programs
✔ Experience supporting hotel openings, acquisitions, or rapid growth environments
✔ Strong knowledge of employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, compliance, and HRIS systems
### Highly Preferred
• Luxury hotel or luxury resort experience
• International HR experience
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent certification
