This role is not for someone who has run a few product launches or supported a GTM team from the sidelines. We're hiring the best of the best, and we'll ask you to prove it.

The bar:

  • 5+ years leading large-scale GTM initiatives in SaaS / B2B — not contributing to them, owning them.
  • Documented proof of success. In your application and interviews, you'll walk us through at least one major GTM build, from scratch: what existed on day one, what you designed, what you launched, and the revenue it produced. Real numbers. Real outcomes.
  • You've taken a launch from zero to high MRR and can show exactly how you did it.
  • You know how to take a sprawling product — 200+ features — and distill it into a small set of irresistible initial offers.
  • You've created company-level messaging before: positioning, narrative, voice — not just campaign copy.

At Deposyt, you won't be starting from zero and you won't be coasting either.

Our payments business already processes billions, with a steady stream of new business owners flowing through our doors daily. We are now launching a proprietary SaaS platform that gives those business owners CRM, growth tools, payments, and AI-powered insights.

Here's what that means for you: you'll still have to figure out how to win new customers — that's the job but you'll do it with an advantage most GTM leaders never get: an existing base of merchants, built on a payments foundation, ready for the right offer. You get a warm launchpad and real distribution on day one, plus the challenge of building the engine that brings in the next wave of customers beyond it.

What You'll Do

  • Own the GTM strategy end to end for Deposyt's SaaS platform — from blank page to high MRR — transforming a feature-rich product into clear, compelling offers business owners can't resist.
  • Build the new-customer acquisition engine — design how we win net-new business owners while activating and monetizing our existing merchant base built on our payments foundation.
  • Turn 200+ platform features into a focused set of initial offers — packaged, priced, and positioned to meet customers where they are and help them scale.
  • Create the company messaging — the positioning, narrative, and story that every sales conversation, page, and campaign is built on.
  • Build sales narratives, pricing strategies, and enablement materials that empower our sales team to close with confidence and urgency.
  • Lead market research, segmentation, and competitive analysis to sharpen our positioning.
  • Test, iterate, and optimize offers and GTM strategy based on feedback from real customers and real revenue data.
  • Collaborate directly with the founders and cross-functional teams — sales, product, marketing, customer success — to ensure alignment and execution.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years leading large-scale GTM initiatives in SaaS / B2B — ideally CRM, growth tools, fintech, or AI-driven platforms.
  • A portfolio of proof. Case studies, metrics, and the ability to walk us through a GTM build from scratch: the starting point, what you created, and the revenue results.
  • Zero-to-high-MRR experience. You've launched something with no revenue and built it into a meaningful, scaling revenue line.
  • Proven ability to translate complex products into offers that sell — you've simplified massive feature sets into packages that resonate with business owners.
  • A mix of high-level strategy and hands-on execution. You create the vision and bring it to life yourself.
  • Strong sales and marketing acumen. You know what makes people buy and how to position products for growth.
  • A founder's mindset. You'll treat this business like your own. Stick around, and ownership opportunities are on the table.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments — but loves knowing there's stability and security behind it.
