Role Overview
We are seeking a highly analytical and execution-oriented Head of Growth & Marketplace Marketing to lead customer acquisition, marketplace advertising, and performance marketing across channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands both marketplace ecosystems and D2C growth. You will own revenue growth, ad efficiency, creative testing, and marketing strategy across Amazon, Myntra, Meta, Google, and emerging AI-driven marketing tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketplace Growth
- Lead Amazon Ads strategy (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, DSP preferred)
- Manage and optimize Myntra, Flipkart and other marketplace advertising
- Improve ROAS, TACOS, conversion rates and organic rankings
- Drive category growth and visibility across marketplaces
- Coordinate with catalog, pricing and operations teams
Performance Marketing
- Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Manage Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max)
- Plan and execute customer acquisition campaigns
- Optimize CAC, ROAS and customer lifetime value
- Build retargeting and retention funnels
Creative & AI-Driven Marketing
- Leverage AI tools for ad creatives, copywriting, campaign analysis and automation
- Work closely with content and creative teams to improve ad performance
- Use data and experimentation to identify winning creatives and campaigns
- Build scalable marketing systems using AI and automation tools
Analytics & Leadership
- Own weekly and monthly growth reporting
- Analyze channel performance and identify growth opportunities
- Set marketing budgets and revenue targets
- Build and lead the marketing function as the company scales
Ideal Candidate
- 5–10 years of experience in e-commerce growth and performance marketing
- Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
- Experience managing Myntra Ads and marketplace growth
- Proven expertise in Meta and Google Ads
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset
- Experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing founder-led business
- Fashion, jewellery, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brand experience preferred
