Our client is a rapidly growing digital consumer brand in the beauty and personal care sector. With a strong focus on innovation, community building, and data-driven growth, the company has successfully established itself in the direct-to-consumer market and is experiencing strong momentum across the German-speaking region and beyond.

We are seeking a Head of Growth (m/f/d) based in Berlin.

Job Description

  • Overall responsibility for the company’s holistic growth strategy across performance marketing, the creator economy, and CRM
  • Management of paid media budgets, creative testing processes, and scaling initiatives across Meta, TikTok, Google, and other channels
  • Building and scaling a creator and ambassador network as a key growth driver
  • Development of sustainable community and referral programs to drive long-term activation and retention of creators
  • Building a data-driven creative engine for paid, organic, and creator content
  • Optimization of CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives with a focus on retention, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value
  • Responsibility for forecasting, reporting, and managing key unit economics (CAC, LTV, contribution margin, payback period) to ensure profitable growth

Job Requirements

  • Several years of experience in growth or performance marketing roles with proven leadership experience
  • Successful scaling of a consumer brand during growth phases and a deep understanding of key growth drivers
  • Strong hands-on expertise in paid media, attribution, and marketing analytics
  • Solid knowledge of CRM, retention, and lifecycle marketing
  • Experience with the creator economy, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, and community-led growth
  • Proven track record of building and leading high-performing cross-functional teams
  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset, analytical excellence, and high execution power
  • Fluent English (written and spoken); German is a plus
