The Opportunity
We are looking for an entrepreneurial Head of Growth Marketing & Sales (Co-Founder) who can become the public-facing growth engine of Owlpole™ .
This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable speaking on stage, pitching to creators, building partnerships, running marketing campaigns, closing deals, and turning complex technology into simple, compelling stories.
You won't be managing a large team. Instead, you'll help build the growth function from the ground up and work directly with the founder to define how Owlpole™ acquires users, generates revenue, and becomes a category-defining company.
What You'll Own
Growth Strategy & Market Expansion
- Design and execute the overall growth strategy for user acquisition, revenue generation, and brand awareness.
- Identify high-leverage growth channels, partnerships, and distribution opportunities.
- Build scalable acquisition and referral systems.
Storytelling & Evangelism
- Translate complex AI concepts into simple, compelling narratives that resonate with creators, influencers, families, and organizations.
- Represent Owlpole™ in meetings, events, podcasts, webinars, and industry gatherings.
- Become a trusted advisor to prospective customers and partners.
Sales & Partnership Development
- Build and manage the entire sales pipeline from prospecting to closing.
- Develop strategic relationships with talent agencies, creator networks, media organizations, educational institutions, and community leaders.
- Pitch Owlpole™ 's vision and secure high-value partnerships.
Marketing Execution
- Launch and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns across content, social media, events, partnerships, and community channels.
- Create messaging frameworks, positioning, and go-to-market campaigns.
- Work closely with the Product Designer to align customer insights with product development.
Offline Growth & Community Building
- Organize networking events, creator meet ups, workshops, and industry activations.
- Build trust and awareness through high-touch relationship-driven initiatives.
- Establish Owlpole as a thought leader within AI, digital identity, and creator communities.
Revenue & Performance
- Own growth metrics including user acquisition, activation, partnerships, revenue, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Continuously experiment, measure, and optimize growth initiatives.
- Build repeatable sales and marketing processes that can scale.

Preferred Experience
- 5+ years in growth, marketing, business development, sales, partnerships, founder-led growth, or related roles.
- Experience working with startups, SaaS, AI products, creator economy platforms, media businesses, or digital communities.
- Demonstrated success driving measurable revenue and customer growth.
- Strong network within creator, influencer, education, media, technology, or startup ecosystems is a plus.
- Experience building growth functions from zero to one is highly desirable.
