At Prospecter Ventures, we build cutting edge fintech that makes sophisticated financial research and decision-making personal, accessible, and affordable for everyday investors. Our product uses large language models (LLMs) to put insight once reserved for professionals into individuals' hands - all while strictly adhering to EU data protection standards. We're an early-stage, fast-scaling and globally-minded team, driven by results and the belief that great financial tools shouldn't be a luxury.

Role

As our Head of Growth (part-time), you'll work directly with the founders and own how our product reaches, wins and retains its users - building our growth engine from the ground up. It's a hands-on role: you'll be doing the work and shaping our entire go-to-market.

Responsibilities

•    Own the full growth funnel: awareness → signup → activation → free-to-paid conversion.

•    Channel building: stand up our primary acquisition channels from scratch on a lean, mostly-organic budget — content & SEO, creator and community partnerships, and referral loops.

•    Audience & content: build a credible voice and audience in the personal-finance space (newsletter, social, video).

•    Beta & launch: recruit and nurture our first user cohort, then drive the public launch.

•    Measurement: define and own the metrics that matter — activation, conversion, retention — together with the CTO.

•    Collaborate closely with the founders to keep growth aligned with product and positioning.

Qualifications

•    A proven track record running B2C or product-led growth for a consumer subscription product — ideally fintech or a finance-adjacent space.

•    Genuinely hands-on: you write the copy, build the landing pages and tests, and create the content yourself.

•    Strong with organic growth levers — content, SEO, community, referral — rather than reliant on large paid-acquisition budgets.

•    A real interest in investing and financial markets, and the ability to create credible content in the space.

•    Excellent English written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

•    Location & Eligibility: based in Berlin or surrounding; candidate must hold EU/EEA or Swiss citizenship

Added Benefits

•    Experience at or around a retail-investing or consumer-fintech product.

•    An existing audience or network in personal finance / investing.

•    Fluency in another language (German).

Work environment

Whilst we treasure remote and home-office work, we find working together in person highly valuable — particularly an intensive kickoff and periodic in-person sessions every few weeks. Hence this is a “hybrid” position, based in Berlin or surrounding: we meet in Berlin when it adds value, and otherwise you are free to work from your preferred location.
