With strong product-market fit across 50+ markets and a €30M three-year target, we're looking for a leader who can turn proven success into a repeatable, systemised growth engine, including AI-driven search.
The role
- Own demand generation across Enterprise, SME+, and White-Label segments
- Build a scalable outbound engine to complement a strong inbound machine
- Shape the product roadmap using real market and customer insight
- Connect marketing, sales, and product into one unified growth system
You will sit directly with the CEO and leadership, with genuine authority over both growth strategy and product direction.
Requirements
- 5+ years in growth or performance marketing with proven pipeline and revenue impact
- Strong SEO, paid, outbound, and automation experience
- Product exposure and a growth or product marketing mindset
- A track record of moving a company from A to B, not riding a wave
- Stakeholder leadership across marketing, sales, product, and partners
- Data fluency across CAC, LTV, and conversion metrics
- Fluency in Dutch and English
