We are seeking a strategic and execution-driven VP Marketing to lead our global growth initiatives and position us as a category leader in AI-powered digital transformation.
Role Overview
The Vice President – Marketing will be responsible for building and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand authority, inbound pipeline, and revenue growth. This role will oversee SEO, PPC, Content Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Brand Strategy, ensuring alignment with sales and business objectives.
The ideal candidate brings experience in B2B technology services marketing, demand generation, and building high-performing marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership
- Position the company as a thought leader in Design, Data, Development, and AI services.
- Define brand architecture, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for service verticals.
- Lead quarterly and annual marketing planning with clear KPIs and ROI tracking.Develop and execute the company’s global marketing strategy aligned with revenue targets.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own inbound lead generation and marketing-qualified pipeline targets.
- Build scalable digital acquisition strategies across organic and paid channels.
- Develop Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for enterprise clients.
- Optimize conversion funnels across website, landing pages, and campaigns.
Department Oversight
Directly manage and scale the following teams:
- SEO Team
- Technical SEO, on-page optimization, backlink strategy
- Organic growth for service pages and AI thought leadership content.
- PPC / Performance Marketing
- Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, retargeting campaigns.
- Budget allocation and CAC optimization.
- Experimentation and A/B testing.
- Content Marketing
- Technical blogs, whitepapers, case studies, AI insights.
- Video marketing and webinar strategy.
- Sales enablement content.
Brand & Thought Leadership
- Drive PR strategy, partnerships, and industry positioning.
- Lead webinar series, conference participation, and digital events.
- Strengthen employer branding to attract top tech talent.
Sales & Executive Alignment
- Work closely with Sales to ensure strong lead qualification and pipeline velocity.
- Develop marketing dashboards and board-level reporting.
- Support proposal strategy and high-value deal pursuits.
Team & Budget Management
- Build, mentor, and scale a high-performance marketing team.
- Manage annual marketing budget and ensure strong ROI.
- Establish performance metrics and accountability culture.
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of marketing leadership experience in B2B technology services.
- Proven experience marketing AI, data, SaaS, or software development services.
- Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, and content strategy.
- Experience driving inbound pipeline and measurable revenue growth.
- Analytical mindset with strong command over marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and executive presence.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external agencies.
Preferred
- Experience in AI/ML services marketing.
- Global market exposure (US, Middle East, Europe).
- MBA in Marketing or related field.
