Head of Finance – Plusvital Group
Location: Naas/Kilcullen, Co. Kildare
Reports To: CEO

The Role
- Lead the financial strategy and performance of the business.
- Provide financial leadership and strategic support to the CEO and Board.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and financial reporting.
- Drive profitability, commercial performance, and operational efficiency.
- Support business growth initiatives, capital investment projects, and international expansion.
- Lead governance, compliance, risk management, and financial controls.
- Partner with operational, manufacturing, supply chain, and commercial teams to support scalable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Monthly management accounts and financial reporting.
- Cash flow, working capital, and funding management.
- Commercial analysis and business performance improvement.
- KPI development and performance monitoring.
- Grant funding applications and management.
- External audit, banking, and professional advisor relationships.
- Support strategic projects, acquisitions, partnerships, and facility expansion initiatives.
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent).
- Previous experience in a senior finance leadership role.
- Strong commercial and strategic mindset.
- Experience in financial planning, reporting, and cash flow management.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Experience within manufacturing, nutraceutical, food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, or related sectors would be advantageous.
- Experience with ERP systems, international trade, and business growth projects desirable.
