The Core Challenge

We are bridging the critical gap between deterministic Industrial Operational Technology (OT), ERP and non-deterministic AI architecture. Our platform is an enterprise-grade, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture built specifically for heavy industry, manufacturing, and supply chains.

We are seeking a Technical Co-Founder & Head of Engineering to take immediate, hands-on ownership of our core engineering infrastructure. Your primary mandate is to architect and execute the ingestion pipelines required to unify legacy, fragmented data silos—specifically MES, SCADA, WMS, and ERP systems—into our proprietary RAG platform, converting raw industrial data into operational velocity.

Immediate Mandate & Deliverables

• Architect Heterogeneous Pipelines: Design robust, low-latency data pipelines to normalize and vectorize time-series operational data (SCADA/MES) and structured transactional records (ERP/WMS) using protocols like OPC UA and MQTT.
• Build Deterministic RAG Guardrails: Deploy production-ready RAG frameworks optimized for the factory floor. Implement strict metadata filtering and semantic search parameters to eliminate AI hallucinations in safety-critical environments.
• Secure Capital Readiness: Partner directly with the executive team to populate our technical data room for an upcoming institutional funding round, codifying our technical roadmap, systems architecture, and IP documentation.
• Scale Regional Hubs: Manage, mentor, and optimize our distributed engineering pods across Europe, introducing rigorous agile deployment playbooks to accelerate time-to-production.

Candidate Archetype

• The Hybrid Operator: You are a senior systems architect, engineering lead, or former startup CTO who natively understands legacy enterprise stacks (SAP, Oracle, Siemens, Rockwell) but has pivoted completely into production-level AI infrastructure.
• Production-Grade MLOps Track Record: Proven experience deploying and maintaining vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Milvus, Pinecone) and LLM orchestration tools (e.g., LlamaIndex) outside of a sandbox environment.
• Risk-Aligned Co-Founder Mindset: As a bootstrapped company positioning for institutional capital, we operate on an equity-only model pre-funding. You have the financial capacity, strategic conviction, and skin in the game required to invest sweat equity in exchange for a substantial, milestone-vested co-founder stake that converts to market-rate cash post-funding.
