The Mission
You will lead the intersection of media, marketing, and revenue. Your mandate is to build a content ecosystem that acts as a force multiplier for our sales and business development teams. You won’t just be creating assets; you will be building the "narrative infrastructure" that positions our product as the market leader and directly influences our pipeline conversion.
What You’ll Own
- Revenue-Linked Strategy: Architect content frameworks that directly support sales priorities, investor relations, and market expansion.
- Sales Enablement Engine: Partner with the sales leadership to build high-conversion decks, whitepapers, and thought leadership assets that close deals and shorten sales cycles.
- Commercial Brand Positioning: Align content themes with market demand to ensure our brand is not just seen, but is perceived as the essential partner for our target clients.
- Performance-Driven ROI: Own the metrics that matter. You will move beyond "engagement" to measure how content contributes to lead generation, deal velocity, and brand authority.
- Strategic Stakeholder Partnership: Act as the primary content consultant to our leadership, product, and sales teams to ensure every campaign has a clear commercial objective.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in a commercial-content, business strategy, or sales-enablement role.
- Expertise in B2B storytelling and the ability to simplify complex business narratives for decision-makers.
- Analytical rigor: Ability to track content ROI and present business results to C-level stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Location: Full-time, on-site in Mumbai.
