Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Business Analysis, located in Bengaluru. The role involves leading and managing business analysis efforts, interpreting business requirements, and translating them into actionable strategies. The individual will oversee the analysis of financial data, develop optimized business processes, and contribute to the organization’s strategic initiatives by ensuring efficient operational structures and data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Analytical Skills to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Expertise in Business Analysis and understanding complex business processes and workflows.
- Proficiency in Finance to analyze financial data and contribute to strategic business decisions.
- Ability to gather, document, and validate Business Requirements effectively.
- Experience in designing and optimizing Business Processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Proven leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor teams effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities with attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
- Experience in the MSME or consultancy sector is an advantage.
