Curefoods is building a house of iconic food brands across India.
As we enter our next phase of growth, we are doubling down on two flagship brands:
OLIO – India's affordable gourmet food platform spanning pizza, slices, chicken, and adjacent categories.
KRISPY KREME – India's most loved indulgence and doughnut brand.
Over the next five years, our ambition is to build:
- 500+ OLIO locations
- 400+ KRISPY KREME locations
- Two nationally loved consumer brands with deep cultural relevance
To help us achieve this vision, we are looking for a Head of Brand Marketing who can build brands that consumers actively choose, talk about, and love.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Positioning
- Define and evolve the long-term brand vision for OLIO and KRISPY KREME.
- Develop brand architecture, positioning frameworks, messaging platforms, and communication strategies.
- Build distinctive and memorable brand identities that can scale nationally.
- Translate consumer insights into compelling brand narratives and growth opportunities.
Consumer & Market Insights
- Deeply understand consumer behavior, category trends, and cultural shifts.
- Lead consumer research initiatives to identify emerging opportunities and Convert insights into actionable marketing and product strategies.
Brand Campaigns & Storytelling
- Lead the development of integrated brand campaigns across digital, social, retail, and offline channels.
- Create culturally relevant campaigns that drive awareness, consideration, and affinity.
- Build storytelling platforms that strengthen emotional connections with consumers.
Creator, Community & Culture
- Develop creator and influencer strategies that amplify brand relevance.
- Build communities around the brands through content, experiences, and engagement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to make the brands part of everyday consumer conversations.
Product & Innovation Marketing
- Partner with product and culinary teams to launch new products and categories.
- Create compelling innovation narratives that drive excitement and trial.
Retail & Experience Marketing
- Elevate the in-store and digital customer experience.
- Drive brand consistency across every consumer touchpoint.
Team Leadership
- Build and mentor a high-performing brand marketing team.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with growth, product, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, speed, and experimentation.
Brand Performance
- Own key brand health metrics including awareness, consideration, preference, affinity, and loyalty.
- Measure campaign effectiveness and optimize investments based on business outcomes.
- Balance long-term brand building with short-term growth objectives.
What We're Looking For
Experience & Profile
- 8–10 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing, or Brand Management.
- Experience leading integrated brand campaigns, product launches, and multi-channel marketing initiatives.
- Thinks like a brand builder, not a campaign manager.
- Combines creativity with strong commercial acumen.
- Deeply consumer-obsessed and insight-driven.
- Demonstrated ability to build distinctive and culturally relevant brands.
