Mission
1 – Lead global wholesale B2B digital platforms
i – Project management - B2Bdigital platform
- Improve clients’ or usersexperience of order taking, replenishment, wholesale management
- Structure and drive the projectroadmap by analyzing competition and existing processes and gathering clientfeedback.
- Propose enhancements andcontinuous improvements aligning market requirements and client types (KeyAccounts, Specialty Accounts…).
ii – Deployment of new regions andclient scopes
- Lead platform deployment in newmarkets (e.g., USA) and maximizes adoption.
- Assess market and client specificsto integrate them into solution design.
iii – Project governance andreporting
- Lead monthly project committeesand provides regular reporting (progress, next steps, alerts) and budget follow‑up.
2 – Order season management (RUN)
- Ensure preparation and executionof each season.
- Preparation: planning andsupervising launch with transversal functional departments
- Ensuring timely availability oftools and content aligning with buying gate dates Launch & operational run:leading seasonal milestones and ensuring market execution.
- Feedback: ensuring high clientsatisfaction.
3 – Harmonize global wholesaleorder model Improve methodology on wholesale buying and replenishment with regional teams
- Lead the creation of seasonalwholesale toolkit with cross functional stakeholders in 360 approach
- Enforce global segmentationframework and work closely with Product and Buying to offer dedicatedassortments accordingly
- Contribute to other wholesale relatedprojects
Profile
- +10 years of wholesale experiencein premium fashion brands
- Experience on wholesale order platform management or digital platformis a must
- Excellent communication for change management to users andpartnership with different stakeholders (customer, business, IT, products)
- Good analytical and synthesis skills Strong interest in tech +knowledge of Salesforce
- English required
