Job Title: Global Head of Business Development – Introducing Broker Network

Location: Remote / International (with travel)

Reports to: Chief Marketing Officer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, commercially sharp Global Head of Business Development to own and scale our Introducing Broker (IB) network across key international markets. This is a senior, high-impact position where you’ll define the global BD strategy, lead a team of ~10 professionals, and personally drive the partnerships that fuel our growth. You’ll report directly to the CMO and act as both a strategic leader and a hands-on dealmaker.

What You’ll Do

  • Design and execute a global business development strategy to expand our IB network in established and emerging markets
  • Identify, onboard, and nurture high-value Introducing Broker and strategic partner relationships
  • Lead, mentor, and scale a multi-location BD team (currently ~10 people), setting clear KPIs and fostering a performance culture
  • Negotiate partnership agreements, commission structures, and commercial terms that balance growth with profitability
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure partners have the tools, content, and support they need
  • Represent the company at major industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts to keep our offering competitive
  • Report on pipeline, revenue impact, and team performance to the C-suite

What You Bring

  • 8+ years of business development, IB management, or senior client relationship experience in financial services, fintech, trading platforms, or brokerage
  • Proven track record of growing Introducing Broker networks and delivering measurable revenue growth
  • Experience leading and scaling international or remote teams (~10+ people)
  • Deep knowledge of FX, CFDs, equities, and derivatives markets
  • Strong commercial acumen with hands-on experience in contract negotiation and KPI management
  • Fluent/Native English (C1 minimum) is mandatory; additional European or Asian languages are a strong advantage
  • A strategic, analytical mindset combined with the agility to operate in the field
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — comfortable presenting to C-level executives
  • Highly autonomous, able to coordinate across multiple time zones, and willing to travel internationally
  • Performance-driven: you set ambitious goals and consistently hit them
