Solbasium is a wellness technology company focused on innovative health, recovery, performance, and longevity solutions. Our portfolio includes PEMF systems, recovery technologies, wellness equipment, and emerging proprietary products designed to improve human performance and health outcomes.

We are entering a growth phase and are looking for a seasoned sales leader to help build a repeatable revenue engine.

The Opportunity

We are not looking for another salesperson.

We are looking for a sales leader who can evaluate our current sales process, coach our team, improve conversion rates, strengthen forecasting, and help us scale revenue.

We already have:

  • Existing sales representatives
  • Inbound opportunities
  • Active outbound efforts
  • Multiple product lines
  • Strong growth potential

We need someone who can help us turn those assets into a predictable sales machine.

Responsibilities

  • Audit and improve the current sales process
  • Coach and develop sales representatives
  • Conduct weekly pipeline reviews
  • Improve lead follow-up and conversion rates
  • Build forecasting and sales reporting systems
  • Establish KPIs and accountability measures
  • Improve inbound and outbound sales performance
  • Review sales calls and provide coaching
  • Help prioritize revenue opportunities
  • Identify bottlenecks and revenue leaks

Experience in one or more of the following is preferred:

  • Wellness products
  • Medical devices
  • Capital equipment
  • High-ticket consumer products
  • Franchise development
  • B2B consultative sales
