Our team operates at the cutting edge of enterprise tech. Unlike agencies relying on wrapper APIs, we utilize our own proprietary, in-house AI, which in turn gives us a massive competitive advantage in security, customization, and capability as we close international contracts. We deliver everything from cloud infrastructure optimization (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) and smart contract auditing to deploying autonomous, agentic AI systems that drive revenue.

**The Role
**We are looking for a seasoned, proactive Founding Sales Executive to step in and build our sales department from the ground up.
This is not a traditional base-salary role. This is an entrepreneurial partnership. We are offering a highly lucrative residual commission model with the potential for equity for the right leader. You will own the entire lifecycle of the client: sourcing, pitching, closing, and relationship maintenance.
In return, you get to sell highly competitive, disruptive technology, and our world-class engineering team will build custom internal tools to automate and assist your specific outreach and pipeline efforts.

What You Will Do

  • Own the Pipeline: Prospect, source, and close high-ticket B2B deals globally.
  • Full-Cycle Management: Maintain and nurture client relationships over the long term, securing your residual pipeline while we flawlessly execute the technical deliverables.
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and solidify our overarching sales strategy, define target verticals, and build out the sales department infrastructure.
  • Collaborative Scaling: Work directly with technical leadership to request and refine internal sales-assist tools that will multiply your output.

**What You Must Know (The Expertise)
**To sell our services, you must be able to hold your own in high-level technical conversations with C-suite executives and founders. You need a strong conceptual understanding of:

  • Executive-Level Tech Strategy: The value proposition of Fractional CTO services and high-level technical architecture.
  • Advanced Automation & AI: The difference between standard generative chatbots and true agentic AI that autonomously executes business processes.
  • Modern Infrastructure: Cloud optimization, serverless architecture, and enterprise-grade backend systems.
  • Web3 & Blockchain: Smart contract integrations and secure, decentralized systems.

  • A Proven Closer: You have a verifiable track record of closing complex, high-ticket B2B technology or consulting contracts.
