Leadership role within the Accounting department, working closely with the Head of Department on team management, and strategic initiatives. Drives process improvement, supports management decisions, and leverages modern technologies (AI, automation, BI) in an international environment.

Digital and AI literacy for process improvement and reporting efficiency
Advanced English; German is a plus
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
MBA or professional certifications are an advantage
Responsibilities
Partner with the Head of Accounting on team leadership
Coordinate, mentor, and manage the Accounting team
Ensure accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes
Contribute to digital transformation and process improvement projects
Collaborate with other departments as an equal-level business partner
Support external audits and liaise with auditors and consultants
