Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will lead the company’s technology strategy, oversee software development initiatives, and direct IT architecture projects to ensure alignment with business goals. Responsibilities include managing technology teams, driving product development, implementing IT strategies, and ensuring scalable and effective technology solutions. Collaboration with stakeholders to enhance technical capabilities and optimize resources is also integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development to design, build, and optimize technical solutions
- Experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to define and implement scalable technical frameworks
- Strong Project Management skills to lead teams, ensure on-time project delivery, and manage resources effectively
- Ability to develop and execute innovative technology strategies aligning with overall business objectives
- Excellent leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience in the investment banking or financial services sector is a plus
