NuCortex is an AI-native product intelligence platform. We empower high-growth SaaS companies to guarantee the velocity and fidelity of two critical decision loops: "What" to build and "Why," alongside "When" and "How" to release it.

By replacing legacy, text-based requirements with a live, unified context graph, we align the C-suite to achieve three things that used to be mutually exclusive:

The Current State

We have officially exited the conceptual phase and entered active development. Backed by early market traction and deep validation from enterprise product leaders, we are currently in the build phase and aggressively preparing for our Beta launch. You are joining at the exact moment we translate a validated architecture and market demand into a live, scalable product.

The Partnership

As Co-Founder and CTO, you will not be an employee; you will be the architectural visionary of the company. You will partner directly with a CEO who is an Enterprise SaaS Product Leader (3x M&A Integration, Patent Holder, Digital Trust Expert). You will have a Go-To-Market counterpart who deeply understands product strategy, system scale, technical innovation, and the necessity of rigorous digital trust.

Your mandate is to translate our strategic vision into a deterministic, highly defensible technical reality.

The Architectural Challenge (What You Will Build)

We are not building a generic "AI wrapper." You will be architecting a deep, system-level intelligence platform with three primary technical moats:

The Enterprise Context Graph (ECG): A high-performance, connective intelligence layer that unifies fragmented cross-domain data to map exactly how our clients' businesses operate.
Axon-AI (Unified Context. Agentic Execution.): Orchestrating a swarm of domain-specialist AI agents that synthesize fragmented cross-functional signals into margin-aligned business intent and deterministic, code-ready blueprints.
Zero Framework Cognition (ZFC) & The Witnessed Handshake: Building the strict governance, data privacy, and cryptographic tenant isolation required to pass tier-one enterprise CISO audits from Day 1.
The Modern Tech Stack: We are building entirely on a cloud-native, serverless architecture. You must have deep, hands-on expertise with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), specifically: Cloud Run, Eventarc, Cloud Pub/Sub, BigQuery, Firestore, and Cloud Spanner Graph. For our AI operations, we rely on Vertex AI (Gemini, Context Caching, Model Armor) and Firebase Authentication for identity and Row-Level Security (RLS) enforcement. Your Core Mandate

Hands-on Keyboard Development (Day 1 Expectation): This is not a purely delegative management role. Our product development has already started, and the CEO has laid the foundation and continues to actively contribute code. You are expected to be hands-on, developing the core product, writing production-grade code, and personally building the V1 architecture alongside the CEO.
Orchestrate the AI: Move beyond basic LLM prompts to build advanced agentic workflows, deterministic data grounding, and cross-domain reasoning loops.
Build the Engineering Culture: Recruit, mentor, and lead a world-class engineering team that values code quality, architectural integrity, and business outcomes.
Champion Digital Trust: Ensure that security, tenant isolation, and non-repudiable data boundaries are baked into the core architecture, not bolted on later.
Executive Leadership: Act as the technical face of NuCortex to early-adopter enterprise CPOs/CTOs, and enterprise security teams.

The Ideal Profile

The Enterprise Architect: You have a proven track record of architecting and scaling complex B2B SaaS platforms, data pipelines, AI/ML, or distributed systems.
The AI Pragmatist: You have deep, hands-on experience with LLMs, Agentic frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, etc.), vector databases, and knowledge graphs. You know the difference between a cool AI demo and a resilient AI product.
The Business-Minded Technologist: You care just as much about gross margin, user adoption, and customer ROI as you do about clean code and low latency.
The Security Advocate: You understand the stringent requirements of enterprise compliance (SOC2, ISO) and know how to architect for absolute data sovereignty.
The Hands-on Builder: You are not looking for a "manager of managers" role. You are an elite, hands-on software engineer who thrives with their hands on the keyboard. You are ready to dive directly into our GCP and Vertex AI stack, build alongside the CEO, and lay the tracks for the engineering team you will eventually hire.

The Outcome

You will be stepping in on the ground floor to define a completely new software category. As a true Day-1 Co-Founder, this role is compensated exclusively through founder-level equity stake; there is no base salary or benefits package at this stage. This is a true partnership opportunity for a technology visionary who wants to own a piece of the enterprise they are building from the ground up.
