Key Responsibilities:
• Define and execute the technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.

• Oversee system architecture, integrations, security, scalability, and performance.
• Manage ERP, CRM, inventory, operational, and business-critical platforms.
• Establish master data governance, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and availability.
• Lead software implementation projects, user onboarding, training, and change management.
• Define role-based access controls, security policies, and compliance standards.
• Manage system maintenance, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, and vendor relationships.
• Lead technology teams, external partners, and cross-functional digital initiatives.
• Develop SOPs, governance frameworks, and technology best practices.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Provide strategic technology guidance to leadership and support business expansion through scalable digital solutions.
