About the Role
We are seeking an innovative and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to lead the company's technology strategy, engineering organization, and digital transformation initiatives. The CTO will play a critical role in shaping the future of the business by driving technological innovation, building scalable platforms, and ensuring that technology investments align with organizational goals.
The ideal candidate is a strategic leader with a strong technical background, proven executive experience, and a passion for developing high-performing teams and delivering impactful business solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the company's long-term technology vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Lead and oversee all technology functions, including software engineering, infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud operations, data management, and IT systems.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business objectives and growth strategies.
- Drive innovation through the evaluation and implementation of emerging technologies.
- Establish and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable technology architectures.
- Oversee the design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of products and platforms.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, regulatory, and industry standards.
- Develop technology budgets, resource allocation plans, and operational strategies.
- Build, mentor, and retain high-performing engineering and technology teams.
- Manage vendor relationships, technology partnerships, and third-party service providers.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology, engineering, or information systems roles.
- Previous experience as a CTO, VP of Engineering, VP of Technology, or senior technology executive preferred.
- Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud computing, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, and data management.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale technology projects and organizational transformation.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams in fast-paced and high-growth environments.
