Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO). The CTO will oversee the development and implementation of the company's technology strategies, manage software development projects, and guide the architecture of technological systems. The role includes leading product development initiatives, aligning IT strategy with business objectives, and supporting innovation across all technology-driven operations. Additional responsibilities include managing cross-functional teams and ensuring the secure, efficient, and scalable use of technology to drive organizational success.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Software Development and Product Development, with the ability to lead technical teams and deliver innovative solutions.
- Strong experience in IT Strategy and Architecture to design and oversee scalable, secure, and efficient technological infrastructures.
- Expertise in Project Management to effectively lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and deliver results on time.
- Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and adaptability to rapidly evolving technology trends.
- Experience with financial services technology is a plus.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; advanced certifications or equivalent professional experience is also valued.
