Job Description:
As Tech Mahindra´s CTO, you will lead our technology relationship at our premier accounts. You will be dedicated to an account and will drive all technical related strategic discussions and opportunities.
The Account CTO understands our customer´s challenges, has a comprehensive understanding of their technology landscape and will orchestrate Tech Mahindra´s resources to define the most appropriate solution. You will work closely with our delivery and sales organization to not just respond to customer needs but also propose solutions where you see a need.
You will own the relationship with the Account´s senior executives from a technology perspective and also work closely with our strategic technology partners in the region. This is a role that requires you to constantly reinvent yourself and keep abreast of new and disruptive technologies.
Your main responsibilities
- Lead our presales opportunities and ongoing technology conversations with the customer. You will lead the construction of complex deals and proactive pitches that leverage innovative technologies.
- Demonstrate thought leadership, innovation and creativity in our pitches.
- Architect the end-end solution across the customer´s IT and Network landscape with the help of our SMEs and competency centres. Your objective is to define a solution that fits perfectly into the customer landscape and also create a business case for using disruptive technologies.
- Monetise opportunities by creating a winning deal that requires not just defining the best technical solution but also the most credible solution. Key to this is extensive stakeholder management, identifying the right partners and building deep relationships with the broader account organization.
- Collaborate with the Solution Architects of the delivery organization, SME from our competency organization and partners. To be successful in this role, you must know how to seek and get the help of the wider organization.
Who we are looking for
- An outstanding communicator with a proven track record in either presales or delivery.
- You will need to have deep understanding of BSS/OSS and ideally telecom networks to be successful in this role.
- 2+ Years in architecting and building AI solutions
- 4+ Years in digital transformation and agile methodologies
- 5+ Years in presales, consulting or a customer facing role interacting with CxO executives.
- 10+ Years in the telecommunications industry and industry solutions
- 10+ Years in BSS/OSS applications
- 10+ Years in solution architecture
- 5+ Years in creating and structuring Managed Services deals
- Knowledge of market trends in technology and its impact on IT strategy
- Ideally, you should also have had experience in business consulting with a solid strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude.
