About the Ro
leWe are looking for an engineer who is genuinely excited about AI — not someone who tolerates it as a tool, but someone who wakes up thinking about what they can build with it next. This is a hands-on research and development role where you will design, build, and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation solutions across a wide range of engineering domain
s.
Every week will look different. One day you are building a Claude skill for GD&T drawing review. The next you are writing a SolidWorks macro with Cursor, or prompting ChatGPT to generate a CREO script, or figuring out how to automate PCB inspection with an LLM pipeline. You will rarely be given a perfectly defined problem — you will be given a need, and you will figure out how to solve it with
AI.
