Business Development
* Identify and develop new business opportunities for wire harness assemblies, cable assemblies, electro-mechanical integration, control panels, box-build assemblies, and system integration projects.
* Develop strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, defense organizations, aerospace companies, and industrial customers.
* Generate and convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
* Develop domestic and international markets.
Sales & Account Management
* Achieve annual sales, profitability, and order booking targets.
* Manage key customer accounts and strategic programs.
* Lead commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and long-term agreements.
* Develop account growth plans for existing customers.
RFQ, Proposal & Tender Management
* Review customer RFQs, RFPs, and tenders.
* Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality, and operations teams for technical and commercial proposals.
* Ensure accurate costing, labor-hour estimation, material costing, and pricing strategies.
* Track quotation status and improve RFQ-to-order conversion rates.
Electro-Mechanical Solutions Sales
* Promote and sell:

* Maintain strong relationships with customers and key decision-makers.
* Conduct regular business reviews and customer visits.
* Resolve commercial and operational issues effectively.
* Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
Market & Competitive Intelligence
* Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
* Identify emerging opportunities in Aerospace, Defense, Space, EV, Rail, and Industrial Automation sectors.
* Support strategic planning and new business initiatives.
Leadership & Team Management
* Lead the sales and marketing team.
* Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
* Conduct periodic reviews and mentoring sessions.

Qualifications
* Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering).
* MBA in Marketing/Business Management preferred.
Experience
* 12–20 years of experience in Wire Harness, Electro-Mechanical Systems, Aerospace, Defense, Industrial Electronics, System Integration, or Manufacturing industries.
* Minimum 5 years in a senior sales leadership role.
* Proven experience handling OEM, Defense, Aerospace, and Industrial customers.
