Head of Sales (North America)

About the Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on Director of Sales to lead our North American revenue expansion, with the long-term scope to expand into Europe and APAC. Your primary mission is to help scale our ARR to $10M over the next 12–18 months. This role requires a unique blend of 0-to-1 startup grit and the operational sophistication required to scale teams through rapid double-digit growth.
What You'll Do
- Drive Strategic Growth: Partner with executive leadership to scale North American revenue from single-digit to double-digit millions.
- Lead from the Front: Actively roll up your sleeves to build pipeline and close early key accounts alongside your team.
- Build the Playbook: Establish sales methodologies and processes that optimize a mid-market to enterprise outbound sales motion.
- Scale the Team: Manage, mentor, and eventually expand a high-performing sales organization.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: 10+ years of total sales experience, with 6+ years selling directly to enterprise Buyers (Chief Customer Officers, Heads of Professional Services, and Delivery Heads).
- Leadership Track Record: Proven experience managing and scaling sales teams of 10–15+ individuals.
- Startup & Scale-Up DNA: Demonstrated success navigating the 0-to-1 and 1-to-10 growth phases.
- Location: Ability to work full-time out of our San Jose office.
Compensation & Perks
- Base Salary: $200,000 – $225,000
- OTE: 2x Base ($400,000 – $450,000 On-Target Earnings).
- Equity: Compelling early-stage equity package.
