Romsons is looking for an experienced and dynamic Head – Sales to drive business growth, strengthen market presence, and lead high-performing sales teams within the healthcare and medical devices industry.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Drive regional sales strategy and revenue growth

✅ Expand distribution and hospital channel network

✅ Lead, mentor, and develop sales teams

✅ Strengthen key account and channel partner relationships

✅ Execute market development and brand visibility initiatives

✅ Analyze market trends and drive strategic business decisions

✅ Own forecasting, MIS reporting, and performance reviews

Ideal Candidate

✔ 10–15 years of sales leadership experience

✔ Healthcare / Medical Devices / Surgical / Critical Care background preferred

✔ Strong expertise in channel sales, distribution, and hospital networks

✔ Proven track record in team management and business expansion
