Ideal Candidate
✔ 10–15 years of sales leadership experience
✔ Healthcare / Medical Devices / Surgical / Critical Care background preferred
✔ Strong expertise in channel sales, distribution, and hospital networks
✔ Proven track record in team management and business expansion
