The Role
Are you an experienced real estate professional ready to step into a leadership role?
We are looking for a Senior Professional to boost our Office Agency department, with a clear and medium-term track to taking over the full management of the department as Head of Office Agency.
For highly qualified and senior profiles, direct appointment to the Head of Office Agency position is fully open.
In this role, you will drive business development, lead transactional activities, and collaborate closely with our international network.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively prospect for new letting and sales missions, generating new business opportunities for the Office Agency department.
- Client Advisory: Advise institutional landlords, developers, and corporate tenants on their real estate strategies, commercial positioning, and market trends.
- Deal Execution: Lead, negotiate, and successfully conclude letting and sales transactions from A to Z.
- Cross-Selling & Synergy: Present Knight Frank’s full range of service lines (Valuation, Capital Markets, etc.) to maximize business opportunities.
- International Collaboration: Participate in strategic meetings and collaborate with our corporate teams in London, the US, and across the global network.
- Leadership & Growth: Mentor direct colleagues, foster team growth, and rapidly assume department management responsibilities.
Your Profile
- Experience: You have a minimum of 5 to 7 years of successful commercial experience in commercial real estate (ideally in the Brussels office market).
- Language Skills: You are fluent in French, Dutch, and English (written and spoken). Multi-linguality is essential to manage both local clients and our international corporate network.
- Network & Deal-Making: You are a born negotiator with a proven track record of sourcing and closing deals, backed by a strong existing network in Belgium.
- Mindset: You are entrepreneurial, self-motivated, and target-driven, with a "hands-on" approach to business.
- Leadership Potential: You have the ambition and emotional intelligence required to lead, grow, and inspire a team.
