Job Title: Sales Leader
Job Summary
We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented professional to lead key sales initiatives while driving product development based on market insights. This role requires strong ownership of key accounts, high-value deal management, and aligning product strategy with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Key Account Management & Planning
- Mapping and planning of key accounts in coordination with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with P1 & P2 level stakeholders
- Monitor and support key client meetings to ensure business growth and retention
2. Sales Strategy & Large Deal Management
- Drive large value deals including positioning and structuring commercials
- Develop strategic sales approaches for high-impact opportunities
- Support the team in closing complex and high-revenue deals
3. Product Development & Strategy
- Identify opportunities for new product/service development based on client and prospect feedback
- Prepare business plans before initiating new product development to gauge market potential and feasibility
- Align product offerings with market demand and business objectives
4. Cross-Functional Coordination & Execution
- Liaison with associates/consultants to ensure effective implementation of sales strategies
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of plans across functions
- Ensure alignment between sales execution and product strategy
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong experience in sales leadership and key account management
- Proven ability to handle large value deals and complex negotiations
- Experience or exposure to product development and business planning
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strategic thinking with execution focus
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in handling enterprise or high-value clients
- Background in product-based or consulting-driven environments
- MBA or relevant business qualification (preferred)
