Company Description
We are an AI-native pharma and hybrid CDMO accelerating formulation development for BCS Class II/IV drugs. We leverage our proprietary Causal AI to deliver formulations faster and more affordably. We help biotechs/pharma companies take assets from tox → formulation → stability → tech transfer.
Role Overview
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to drive our B2B brand strategy and lead generation engine. You will sell scientific certainty and risk reduction to sophisticated pharma and biotech buyers. This is a highly strategic orchestration role: you will act as the conductor, directing agencies, freelancers, and technical writers who execute the tactics, rather than serving as a hands-on keyboard developer or copywriter.
Location: Remote (European timezone working hours)
Responsibilities
- Own Brand Strategy: Translate our brand charter into consistent, living execution across every channel and protect the line between scientific signal and marketing noise.
- Orchestrate the Marketing Engine: Design and execute the roadmap for our website, email marketing, organic/ABM LinkedIn, earned media (PR), events, and technical content.
- Manage External Partners: Source, brief, and hold accountable the web developers, designers, performance marketers, and scientific copywriters who do the hands-on work.
- Support Sales Enablement: Partner closely with our Chief Commercial Officer and BD team to turn field feedback into custom collateral and campaigns that warm target accounts.
- Track Signal-over-Vanity Metrics: Stand up a performance dashboard measuring qualified inbound, pipeline influenced, and meetings booked with target accounts.
- Six-Month Deliverables: Re-engineer the website into a fast-iterating sales asset, launch a high-signal LinkedIn engine, build B2B email sequences, and establish a trusted pipeline attribution model.
Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B marketing with real ownership of strategy and tactical orchestration.
- Proven track record of managing and getting exceptional work out of agencies and freelancers.
- Strong technical or scientific literacy; comfortable translating complex subject matter (Causal AI, formulation phase space) for expert audiences without diluting the science.
- Operator’s bias—obsessed with sequencing, shipping, and measuring pipeline over vanity follower counts.
- Experience in pharma, biotech, CDMO/CRO, or deep-tech startup marketing is highly preferred.
- Comfortable working in high-growth, early-stage, remote environments.
- Familiarity with modern marketing technologies (Webflow/Framer, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator/Campaign Manager) is a plus.
- Willing to travel for 10-25% is a plus.
