About The Role

CBRE Thailand is seeking a highlyexperienced and commercially driven leader to head our Hotels &Hospitality business. This role will be responsible for managing anddriving the team’s growth, leading high-value hospitality transaction mandates,and strengthening CBRE’s market position within the hospitality sector.

The successful candidate willbring deep industry expertise, strong client relationships, and a proven trackrecord in hospitality transactions, investment and advisory work.

What You’ll Do

Business Leadership &Strategy

  • Lead and grow the Hotels & Hospitality business in Thailand, aligning with CBRE’s regional and global strategy
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth across advisory, investment sales, and consulting services
  • Develop and execute market strategies to strengthen CBRE’s brand and market share

Client Management & Business Development

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hotel owners, investors, developers, and operators
  • Originate and lead high-value transactions, including hotel acquisitions, disposals, and strategic advisory mandates
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and oversee CBRE’s Hospitality Advisory functions relating to hospitality market trends, asset studies and positioning, along with investment strategies.

Market Expertise & ThoughtLeadership

  • Provide in-depth insights into Thailand’s hospitality market, including investment trends, supply-demand dynamics, and operator landscape
  • Represent CBRE in industry forums, client events, and thought leadership initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal departments CBRE Thailand departments as well as regional teams to leverage cross-border opportunities

Team Leadership

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team
  • Foster a collaborative and performance-driven culture
  • Work closely with other business lines to deliver integrated solutions

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Hospitality, Business, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Minimum 12–15 years of experience in hotels & hospitality, real estate investment, advisory, or related fields
  • Proven track record in originating and closing hotel transactions or leading transactional mandates
  • Strong network within Thailand’s hospitality and investment community
  • Deep understanding of hotel operations, asset management, and investment structures
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Thai
