Our client, a well-established international organisation within the insurance sector, is seeking an experienced Head of FP&A to lead their Financial Planning & Analysis function. This is a key leadership role responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and business planning, while providing senior stakeholders with the insights needed to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
What is expected of you?
- Lead the company's financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities
- Contribute to the development of financial strategy and mid-term business plans
- Monitor business performance and develop KPIs to support strategic objectives
- Deliver accurate and timely management reporting to senior management, Head Office, and the Board
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasting tools, and performance analysis frameworks
- Prepare financial reports, forecasts, and presentations for key stakeholders
- Lead, mentor, and develop the FP&A team
- Collaborate with departments across the business to support data-driven decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, policies, and regulatory requirements
What are you expected to bring?
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field
- ACCA, ACA, CPA, or a similar professional qualification would be considered an asset
- Proven experience in FP&A, Finance Management, or Financial Controlling
- Previous leadership experience within a finance function
- Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, and business analysis
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Advanced Excel and financial reporting system knowledge
