We are hiring: Head of Brand Partnerships & Campaign Strategy

Fame Throne Media is expanding its leadership team, and we are looking for an experienced professional who can lead our brand partnerships and campaign strategy vertical.

We are already working with a strong creator and influencer network across multiple categories, with active campaign opportunities, ongoing brand conversations and a growing demand from the market.

To scale this further, we need someone who can independently manage the brand side of the business.

This is not a basic sales role.

We are looking for someone who understands influencer marketing campaigns end to end, including brand onboarding, campaign planning, creator selection, pricing, negotiation, execution and reporting.

Position: Head of Brand Partnerships & Campaign Strategy

Location: Remote / Hybrid

Experience: 5 plus years preferred

Payout Budget: ₹8 LPA to ₹10 LPA plus performance based incentives

Education: MBA in Marketing, Business, Media Management or related field preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Bring and onboard brands for influencer marketing campaigns
  2. Build strong relationships with brand managers, agencies and founders
  3. Understand brand objectives and create strong campaign strategies
  4. Suggest the right creators based on category, audience and campaign goal
  5. Prepare campaign proposals, pitch decks and brand plans
  6. Negotiate budgets, deliverables, usage rights and payment terms
  7. Work closely with creators and the internal team for smooth execution
  8. Track campaign performance and build proper reports
  9. Help generate repeat business and long term brand relationships

We are looking for someone who has experience in:

  1. Influencer marketing campaigns
  2. Brand partnerships and client acquisition
  3. Creator campaign planning
  4. Digital media, agency sales or brand solutions
  5. Managing campaign budgets and client expectations
  6. Building brand pitches and campaign proposals

The ideal candidate should be able to come in and start building revenue from day one with a clear understanding of how brand campaigns work.

Existing brand, agency or media network will be a strong advantage.

We are not looking for someone who only sends outreach messages.

We are looking for someone who can own the full process, bring opportunities, close campaigns and build long term brand relationships.
