Job Description

As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Giga, you will serve as the technical bridge between the company and its enterprise customers. You will build, deploy, and iterate on sophisticated AI agents, managing the full development lifecycle while collaborating with product teams to refine Giga's platform based on real-world feedback and enterprise requirements.

What You Will Do

• Own the end-to-end agent development lifecycle, from discovery calls and prototyping to monitoring live usage and debugging.
• Collaborate directly with Fortune 500 clients to build and maintain world-class AI agents that handle high-stakes support workflows.
• Partner with core engineering and product teams to capture customer needs and contribute directly to the platform's codebase.

The ideal candidate

• Has 1-3 years of experience in computer science, analytics, or consulting, with a strong technical grasp of React and Python.
• Possesses high interpersonal acumen and a gritty, customer-focused mindset capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
• Demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and a high bar for quality, with a passion for building and shipping production-ready AI solutions.
