Dizzaroo is looking for Trainee Engineers and Trainee Data Scientists to join our 4-month paid trainee program in Pune, with the potential for full-time conversion based on performance, skills, and business needs.

This is an onsite position based in the Balewadi area of Pune. Candidates should be willing to work from office and collaborate closely with our engineering, AI, and domain teams.

What You Will Work On

Depending on your background and interests, you may contribute to:

AI-native software platforms for drug development
LLM-powered knowledge management and research workflows
Biomedical and clinical data pipelines
Data engineering, data cleaning, and scientific data curation
Machine learning models for biology, imaging, diagnostics, and clinical development
Product prototypes, internal tools, dashboards, and scalable applications
Integration of AI systems into real pharmaceutical R&D workflows

Have hands-on exposure to Python, data analysis, ML, software development, databases, or cloud tools
Are curious about biology, pharmaceuticals, clinical trials, or healthcare
Can work independently while collaborating closely with a small team
Are willing to build, test, break, learn, and improve rapidly

Prior pharmaceutical or healthcare experience is helpful but not required.
