🚀 Hiring: GEN AI Engineer - Hanover, NJ
We are actively seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer with strong hands-on experience building and deploying Generative AI solutions in production environments.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:
Must have clear past hands-on project experience in AI/ML or GenAI, not only certifications or theory
Should have built real LLM applications, such as RAG, chatbots, document Q&A, copilots, summarization, classification, or workflow automation
Experience with agentic orchestration is highly preferred: LangGraph, LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, Semantic Kernel, MCP, multi-agent workflows
Should clearly mention RAG implementation: embeddings, chunking, vector databases, retrieval strategy, reranking, hallucination reduction
Strong Python coding experience is must-have
Experience with LLM APIs and models: OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Llama, Mistral, Bedrock
Should understand prompt engineering, prompt templates, few-shot prompting, structured outputs, tool calling/function calling
Good to have fine-tuning or model customization experience
Should know evaluation techniques: accuracy, relevance, groundedness, hallucination testing, latency, cost, token usage
Must be able to explain architecture of at least one GenAI project end-to-end
Check for cloud deployment experience: AWS, Azure, or GCP
Good signs: Docker, FastAPI, APIs, CI/CD, Kubernetes, serverless, monitoring
Should have experience with databases and data pipelines: SQL, NoSQL, S3/Blob, Databricks, Snowflake, Spark
Look for production exposure, not only POCs
Strong candidate can explain business problem, solution design, model choice, data flow, risks, and measurable impact
Prefer candidates who have worked with security, PII handling, access control, guardrails, and compliance
