AI Engineers (Agentic AI & LLM Modeling) | Remote (US)
We're partnering with a globally recognised professional services and technology organization that is making a significant investment in next-generation AI capabilities.
As part of a newly expanding AI Engineering function, the team is building production-grade intelligent systems that combine cutting-edge AI research with real-world enterprise deployment. This is an opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in modern AI, including reasoning systems, agent orchestration, model alignment, retrieval architectures, and large-scale LLM optimization.
We are hiring across two core areas:
🔹 Agentic AI Engineering
Design and build intelligent systems capable of reasoning, planning, tool use, retrieval, memory management, and multi-step workflow execution.
Areas of focus include:
• Agent orchestration and workflow design
• LangGraph and LangChain systems
• Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• Context and memory engineering
• Evaluation, observability, and AI safety
• Production-scale AI applications
🔹 LLM Modeling & Post-Training Engineering
Develop, train, align, and optimize large language models for enterprise-scale deployment.
Areas of focus include:
• Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT)
• RLHF, DPO, PPO, GRPO and preference optimization
• Reward modeling and alignment
• Synthetic data generation
• Evaluation and benchmarking frameworks
• Distributed training and inference optimization
What We're Looking For
• Strong Python engineering experience
• Hands-on experience building production AI systems
• Deep understanding of LLMs and modern AI architectures
• Experience with agentic systems, retrieval architectures, model alignment, post-training, or large-scale AI infrastructure
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to operate in highly technical environments
