Engineer III – CCaaS Data & AI Engineer
We are seeking Data & AI Engineers to build intelligent customer experience solutions leveraging cloud technologies, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CCaaS and IVA solutions.
- Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines, models, and datasets.
- Build AI/ML solutions for customer engagement and analytics.
- Support cloud-native application development and deployment.
- Implement secure and highly available cloud architectures.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver data-driven solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of software development experience.
- Experience with Java, Kafka, APIs, SQL, and cloud platforms.
- Knowledge of AI/ML technologies including TensorFlow, XGBoost, SARIMA, Prophet, and prompt engineering.
- Experience with GCP services including BigQuery, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub, and Apigee.
- Experience with Relational and NoSQL databases.
- Strong understanding of cloud security, architecture, and DevOps practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with customer experience platforms and contact center technologies.
- Exposure to Generative AI and Conversational AI platforms.
