Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior AI Engineer to build AI-powered automation systems using LLMs, Agentic workflows, and RAG architectures. You will work on transforming enterprise communication (emails, workflows, OCR) into intelligent, automated systems with human-in-the-loop validation.
Key Responsibilities
Build AI agents using LangChain / LangGraph for multi-step workflows
Develop LLM-based systems for classification, summarization, and response generation
Design and implement RAG pipelines (document ingestion, vector search, context retrieval)
Integrate AI workflows with external systems via APIs
Implement OCR-based document processing (invoices, PDFs)
Optimize models using feedback loops and improve accuracy
Ensure system reliability, monitoring, and fallback handling
Required Skills
Strong experience in Python
Hands-on with LLMs (OpenAI/Azure/Open-source)
Experience in LangChain / Agentic AI frameworks
Knowledge of RAG + Vector DBs (Pinecone/FAISS/Weaviate)
Experience building APIs (FastAPI) and async systems (Celery/Redis)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering & AI evaluation
Good to Have
Experience with OCR tools (Azure Document Intelligence, etc.)
Exposure to workflow tools like n8n / Zapier
Experience in SaaS / automation platforms
