As an AI Engineer (m/f/d), you will lead technical initiatives, contribute to solution design, and assess technical and functional risks and opportunities. You will help build features that use Large Language Models (LLMs) for data extraction across multiple sources and GenAI-driven automation. Working closely with your product domain, you will develop robust and scalable software while applying your engineering expertise to create innovative AI-powered solutions. You will collaborate with both technical teams and business stakeholders, helping bridge gaps, improve communication, and enhance the overall application landscape.
How you create impact
- Design and develop scalable, maintainable software solutions.
- Build and maintain APIs and services that integrate with LLMs from providers such as Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI.
- Work closely with analysts, product owners, stakeholders, and AI specialists to turn business requirements into effective technical solutions.
- Write clean, reliable code with appropriate testing to ensure quality and performance.
- Contribute to architecture decisions, engineering standards, and best practices across the global team.
- Participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and technical documentation.
What we would like you to bring
- 4+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python development skills.
- Solid understanding of software design principles and modern engineering best practices.
- Experience building, deploying, and maintaining applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong API design and integration skills, including REST and GraphQL.
- Knowledge of distributed systems, scalable software architectures, and data-intensive systems; experience or interest in data pipelines, document processing, or AI/ML technologies is a plus.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and monitoring/observability tools.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
