About The Role

Responsibilities

Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure clarity and understanding of project scope and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or systems. Continuously evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
