About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team in the role of Business Analyst. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement effective solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities, ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. As a key contributor, you will be instrumental in driving operational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives that align with the company's growth objectives.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or a similar role is preferred. Candidates should have a solid understanding of business processes, project management methodologies, and data analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies will be an advantage. Candidates must demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

Identify and analyze business needs by engaging with stakeholders and conducting thorough requirements gathering. Develop detailed business requirement documents, process maps, and functional specifications to guide project development. Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams to ensure clarity and understanding of project scope and deliverables. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Conduct testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet specified requirements. Provide ongoing support and training to end-users post-implementation, ensuring smooth adoption of new processes or systems. Continuously evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
