Job title: AI Engineer/Analyst

Duration: Long-term

Location: Irving, TX

Responsibilities:

Design and deploy agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio to automate business processes and boost organizational productivity.

Evaluate AI model outputs and Copilot agent performance, identifying gaps and recommending calibrations to improve accuracy and business alignment.

Gather requirements from business stakeholders, translate them into technical specifications, and configure Copilot agents and automated workflows end-to-end.

Monitor deployed AI solutions in production, track performance metrics, and iterate based on user feedback and evolving business requirements.

Conduct AI adoption training and enablement sessions for end users and cross-functional teams, promoting responsible and effective use of Copilot and AI-powered tools.

Document methodologies, workflow configurations, and solution architectures to ensure reproducibility, auditability, and knowledge transfer.

Skills Required:

Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related field.

Hands on experience in an analytics, AI, or automation role, with demonstrated hands-on proficiency in Microsoft Copilot (M365 Copilot or Copilot Studio).

Solid understanding of AI concepts, prompt engineering, and agentic AI workflow design.

Eagerness to learn and adopt to new technologies

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into deployable technical solutions.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain AI capabilities clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
